Yellow Squash & Zucchini

  • Zucchini – 2 lb
  • Yellow squash – 2 lb
  • Onion – 1
  • Olive oil – ¼ cup
  • Dried Garlic – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – ½ teaspoon
  1. Preparation:

    • Slice the zucchini and yellow squash.
    • Chop the onion.
  2. Cooking:

    • To begin, turn the stove to high heat.
    • Then, add chopped onion, olive oil, black pepper, and dried garlic into a pot.
    • Stir constantly for 2 minutes.
    • Afterward, add yellow squash and zucchini.
    • Continue stirring for 7 minutes, and finally, turn off the heat.
