Spinach with Eggs
Ingredients:
- Spinach – 1 lb
- Eggs – 6
- Salted butter – 1 tablespoon
- Dried Garlic – 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
- Heat a 12 -inch frying pan and add salted butter on medium heat.
- Add spinach, cover for 3 minutes, then stir for 4 minutes.
- Add dried garlic and stir for 2 minutes.
