Beef Gravy for Biscuits
Ingredients:
- Ground beef – 2 lb.
- Whole milk – 3 cups
- All-purpose flour – ⅓ cup
- Butter – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
- Cook the Beef: In a large pan, melt 2 tablespoon of butter over high heat. Add the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Stir constantly until the beef is cooked, about 10 minutes.
- Prepare the Mixture: Combine whole milk and all-purpose flour in a separate bowl.
