Meatballs with Linguine
Meatballs Ingredients:
- Ground beef – 3 lb
- Mozzarella, shredded – 1 lb
- Tomato juice – 33.4 Fl oz (1 Liter)
- Black pepper – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – 1 tablespoon
- Dried garlic – 1 tablespoon
- Paprika – 1 tablespoon
- Dried basil – 1 tablespoon
Instructions for Meatballs:
- Mix Ingredients: Combine ground beef, mozzarella, black pepper, salt, dried garlic, paprika, and dried basil. Mix well.
- Form Meatballs: Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking tray.
- Add Tomato Juice: Pour tomato juice over the meatballs, cover with foil, and make holes in the foil with a fork.
- Bake: Preheat the oven to 400°F and bake for 40 minutes.
Linguine Ingredients:
- Water – 8 cups
- Linguine – 1 lb
Instructions for Linguine:
- Boil Water: Bring 8 cups of water to a boil.
- Cook Linguine: Add linguine, stir well to prevent sticking, and set a timer for 9 minutes.
- Drain: Once cooked, drain the water.
