Stewed Zucchini

  • Ground beef – 1 lb
  • Zucchini – 5, chopped
  • Carrots – 3, chopped
  • Onions – 2, chopped
  • Olive oil – ¼ cup
  • Salt – ½ tablespoon
  • Celery seeds – ½ tablespoon
  • Black pepper – ½ tablespoon
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat and add ground beef. Sauté for about 3 minutes.
  2. Add chopped carrots and continue stirring for about 3 minutes.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, and celery seeds, and stir for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add chopped onions and continue stirring for about 3 minutes.
  5. Add chopped zucchini, reduce heat, and continue stirring for about 10 minutes.
  6. Cover the pan, then turn off the heat and let it sit.
