How to Make Beef & Broccoli

Beef & Broccoli

  • Broccoli – 2 lb
  • Beef – 2 lb
  • Onion – 2, cut into strips
  • Beef broth – 1 ½ cup
  • Red wine vinegar – ½ cup
  • Olive oil – ¼ cup
  • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Potato starch – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper – ½ teaspoon
  1. Prepare Ingredients: Chop the broccoli and cut the onion and beef into thin strips.
  2. Sauté: In a large skillet over high heat, add olive oil, ¼ cup red wine vinegar, salt, and cayenne pepper. Sauté the beef for 12 minutes.
  3. Add Vegetables: Add the chopped broccoli and onion, along with another ¼ cup of red wine vinegar, 1 cup of beef broth, and soy sauce. Stir on high for 2 minutes.
  4. Cover and Cook: Cover the skillet and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Thicken Sauce: Mix ½ cup beef broth with potato starch, add to the skillet, and stir constantly for 1 minute.
  6. Finish: Remove from heat and serve.
