Crepes
Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour – 4 cups
- Whole milk – 5 cups
- Olive oil – ¼ cup
- Eggs – 6
- Butter – 8 tablespoons (for greasing)
- Sugar – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
- Prepare the Batter:
- Mix all-purpose flour, eggs, salt, and sugar together.
- Gradually add 3 cups of milk and mix.
- Add olive oil and mix well.
- Pour in the remaining 2 cups of milk and mix until smooth and lump-free.
- Cooking:
- Preheat a 10” skillet over medium heat.
- Use frozen butter to lightly grease the skillet.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to cover the bottom.
- Cook until the batter changes color, then flip and cook for an additional 20 seconds.
Notes:
- Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- Cooking Time: 20 minutes
- Total Time: 30 minutes
