Easy Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- Cream cheese – 1 lb
- Cherry topping – 1 can
- Eggs – 2
- Condensed milk – 7 oz (½ can)
- Graham cracker pie crust – 9-inch
Instructions:
Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and condensed milk. Mix well.
- Add eggs to the mixture and continue mixing until smooth.
Assemble the Cheesecake:
- Pour the batter into a 9-inch graham cracker pie crust.
- Spread the batter evenly.
Bake:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
