Matcha Muffins

  • All-purpose flour – 3 cups
  • Sugar – 1 ½ cups
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Eggs – 2
  • Salted butter – 10 tablespoons (melt in the microwave for 10 seconds)
  • Baking powder – 4 teaspoons
  • Vanilla extract – 2 teaspoons
  • Matcha powder – 2 teaspoons
  1. Melt the salted butter in the microwave for 10 seconds and place it into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add sugar and mix well.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, then mix for 1 minute.
  4. Add all-purpose flour, baking powder, and matcha powder, then mix thoroughly.
  5. Add milk and mix until combined.
  6. Divide the dough into 24 equal parts and place into muffin baking sheets.
  7. Preheat the oven to 380°F.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes.
