Stewed Zucchini
Ingredients:
- Ground beef – 1 lb
- Zucchini – 5, chopped
- Carrots – 3, chopped
- Onions – 2, chopped
- Olive oil – ¼ cup
- Salt – ½ tablespoon
- Celery seeds – ½ tablespoon
- Black pepper – ½ tablespoon
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat and add ground beef. Sauté for about 3 minutes.
- Add chopped carrots and continue stirring for about 3 minutes.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and celery seeds, and stir for another 3 minutes.
- Add chopped onions and continue stirring for about 3 minutes.
- Add chopped zucchini, reduce heat, and continue stirring for about 10 minutes.
- Cover the pan, then turn off the heat and let it sit.
