How to Make Blueberry Muffins

Blueberry Muffins

  • All-purpose flour – 3 cups
  • Wild blueberries – 2 cups
  • Sugar – 1 ½ cups
  • Milk – ⅔ cup
  • Eggs – 2
  • Salted butter – 10 tablespoons (melt in the microwave for 10 seconds)
  • Baking powder – 4 teaspoons
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
  1. Melt the salted butter in the microwave for 10 seconds and place it into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add sugar. Mix well.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, then mix for 1 minute.
  4. Add all-purpose flour and baking powder, then mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour in the milk. Mix until combined.
  6. Add frozen wild blueberries and mix gently.
  7. Divide the dough into 24 equal parts and place into muffin baking sheets.
  8. Preheat the oven to 380°F.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes.
