Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour – 3 cups
- Wild blueberries – 2 cups
- Sugar – 1 ½ cups
- Milk – ⅔ cup
- Eggs – 2
- Salted butter – 10 tablespoons (melt in the microwave for 10 seconds)
- Baking powder – 4 teaspoons
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
- Melt the salted butter in the microwave for 10 seconds and place it into a mixing bowl.
- Add sugar. Mix well.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, then mix for 1 minute.
- Add all-purpose flour and baking powder, then mix thoroughly.
- Pour in the milk. Mix until combined.
- Add frozen wild blueberries and mix gently.
- Divide the dough into 24 equal parts and place into muffin baking sheets.
- Preheat the oven to 380°F.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
