Quick Chili
Ingredients:
- Kidney beans – 77.5 oz (5 cans)
- Ground beef – 1 lb
- Tomato sauce – 15 oz (1 can)
- Onion – 3, chopped
- Olive oil – ¼ cup
- Chili powder – 1 tablespoon
- Paprika – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
- Cook Beef: In a large pot, heat olive oil over high heat. Add ground beef, salt, paprika, and chili powder, and stir continuously for 3 minutes.
- Add Onions: Add chopped onions and continue stirring on high for another 3 minutes.
- Combine Ingredients: Add tomato sauce and kidney beans. Stir on high heat for 5 minutes until well combined.
- Serve: Serve chili with tortilla chips.
