Apple Cake
Ingredients:
- Apples – 5
- All-purpose flour – 2 cups
- Olive oil – 1 cup & 1 teaspoon
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Eggs – 3
- Baking powder – 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla – 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
- Peel and cut apples to make 4 cups.
- In a bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla well.
- Slowly add olive oil while continuing to mix.
- Add all-purpose flour and baking powder; mix thoroughly.
- Stir in the apples.
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish with 1 teaspoons of olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Pour the batter into the dish and spread evenly.
- Preheat the oven to 385°F.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
