Apple Cake

  • Apples – 5
  • All-purpose flour – 2 cups
  • Olive oil – 1 cup & 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Eggs – 3
  • Baking powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla – 1 teaspoon
  1. Peel and cut apples to make 4 cups.
  2. In a bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla well.
  3. Slowly add olive oil while continuing to mix.
  4. Add all-purpose flour and baking powder; mix thoroughly.
  5. Stir in the apples.
  6. Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish with 1 teaspoons of olive oil to prevent sticking.
  7. Pour the batter into the dish and spread evenly.
  8. Preheat the oven to 385°F.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • Baking Time: 30 minutes
  • Total Time: 40 minutes
