Classic Cinnamon Buns

Dough:

  • All-purpose flour – 4 cups

  • Dry yeast – 1 tablespoon

Filling:

  • Brown sugar – ½ cup
  • Ground cinnamon – 3 tablespoons
  • Salted butter – 6 tablespoons, softened

Icing:

  • Powdered sugar – ½ cup
  • Cream cheese – 6 tablespoons, softened
  • Salted butter – 4 tablespoons, softened

Other:

  • Flour – 2 tablespoons for dusting
  • Butter – 2 tablespoons for greasing
  1. Prepare the Dough:
    • Warm the milk to 110°F, mix in the dry yeast, and leave for 5 minutes.
    • In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar.
    • Add eggs and melted butter to the milk and yeast mixture.
