How to Make Delicious Crepes

Enjoy my crepes recipe, a delightful and versatile dish perfect for any time of the day. Whether you prefer them sweet or savory, these crepes are sure to impress your family and friends.

  • All-purpose flour – 4 cups
  • Whole milk – 5 cups
  • Olive oil – ¼ cup
  • Eggs – 6
  • Butter – 8 tablespoons (for greasing)
  • Sugar – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  1. Prepare the Batter:
    • Mix all-purpose flour, eggs, salt, and sugar together.
    • Gradually add 3 cups of milk and mix.
    • Add olive oil and mix well.
    • Pour in the remaining 2 cups of milk and mix until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Cooking:
    • Preheat a 10” skillet over medium heat.
    • Use frozen butter to lightly grease the skillet.
    • Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to cover the bottom.
    • Cook until the batter changes color, then flip and cook for an additional 20 seconds.
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 25 crepes
