How to Make Panna Cotta

Panna Cotta

  • Heavy whipping cream – 2 cups
  • Sour cream – 2 cups
  • Condensed milk – 14 oz (1 can)
  • Strawberries – 6 oz
  • Raspberries – 2 oz
  • Water – ¼ cup
  • Sugar – ¼ cup
  • Unflavored gelatin – ¼ oz
  1. Prepare Gelatin Mixture: In a pot, combine water, unflavored gelatin, and condensed milk. Mix well, then heat on high.
  2. Heat Cream: Add heavy whipping cream and stir continuously until the mixture reaches 140°F. Turn off the stove.
  3. Combine with Sour Cream: Add sour cream and mix for 1 minute. Pour the mixture to fill half of each glass.
  4. Prepare Topping: Heat strawberries and sugar in a pot on high, crush with a fork, blend, and then pour 2 tablespoons over each panna cotta.
  5. Finish and Chill: Top with fresh raspberries and refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 15 minutes
  • Chill Time: 2 hours (to harden in the refrigerator)
